Given is circle of radius $3$ . Tangents $BC$ and $EC$ are drawn to the circle from point $C$ which is at a distance of $5$ from the the center $A$ of the circle. $\overleftrightarrow { EC }$ is parallel to $\overleftrightarrow {BD }$ and $\overleftrightarrow { AD }$ is parallel to $\overleftrightarrow { BC }$ . $D'$ is the image of $D$ along the produced $\overleftrightarrow { AC }$ . Find the area of $\Delta CDD'$ . Provide your answer upto 3 decimal places.
