An electric bulb is connected to a 220 V 220 V generator. The current is 0.50 A 0.50 A . What is the power of the bulb (in W)?

By using the formula ,

P = V.I where P = power , v = voltage supply , I = current supply,

P = 220(0.5) = ? Watt.....

we know that, P = V I P=VI

Or, power=voltage x current \text{power=voltage x current}

Or, power \text{power} = 220 × . 5 =220 \times .5 = 110 =110 watt
