The probability of being attacked is (1/4). So, the probability of NOT being attacked is (1-(1/4)) = (3/4). Therefore, the probability of (NO ONE of the 10 people will get attacked) is = ((3/4)^10). So, the probability of (AT LEAST one of them is infected) will be = {1-((3/4)^10)} = 0.943686485 = 0.944 is the answer.
