The water bottle shown holds cold water inside, and as a result, the surface of the bottle becomes cold too. When the water vapor in the air comes in contact with the cold surface of the bottle, it cools down and condenses to form tiny water droplets.

We often observe this phenomenon in our lives: for example, when we drink a steamy beverage, our eyeglasses get clouded; when we exhale on cold glass, we see glass becomes misty.

Where else have you observed this effect?

"water bottle is sweating", LOL.

Clouds & rain; water vapor condenses on colder air, and instead of staying on the surface they condense on, they fall through the air as rain.
