A nail is placed near a magnet and the magnet pulls it with a force "F". What is the force exerted by the nail on the magnet is F=25 N ?

Take Newton's 3rd law into account and you will get the answer.

According to Newton's Third law of motion, Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Hence if 25 N is exerted by the magnet on the nail therefore the nail also exerts 25 N on the magnet.

As for why the magnet doesn't move on exertion of force by the magnet, It does not move because the magnet has a much greater mass than that of the Nail.
