You can't sum values with different units. So, the answer is N/m²

if the units of B are means? it is a single thing

One can't add N/m and N/m^2, for example.

All the quantities A,B,C,D have the same dimensions. D is added to C and so the dimensions of D is the same as C . The dimensions of LHS must be the same as RHS, and since RHS is a simple addition, each term must have the same dimension and therefore the same unit.

you cannot add 2 units in the same equation

only dimensionally same figures can be added by dimensional analysis and also the resultant while summing them up always has same dimensions
