Consider an equation x 2 − x y + y 2 − 4 x − 4 y + 16 = 0 x^{2} - xy + y^{2} - 4x - 4y + 16 = 0 . Check whether this equation has only one real solution or not if it has then enter the sum of the values of x and y corresponding to that solution or else enter the answer as 0.


The answer is 8.

easy one!!! lets do a smart way .."-.. multiply given equation by 2 So we get ( x-4)^2 +(Y-4)^2+( x-y)^2=0
