The nearest perfect square numbers to 2015 are 2116, 2209, 2304.. Out of these, 2304 satisfies the given condition.
2304= 2015 + 289 which gives A=48, B=17.
Now, A* B* 3 - 400 = 48* 17*3- 400 = 2048.
The game is 2048 and creator is Gabriele Cirulli.
The number of characters in his name are 15. So, the answer is 15.
