Its simple , 1^3+1^2=2

2^3+2^2=12

3^3+3^2=36

4^3+4^2=80

so next number is 5^3+5^2=150

2=1^1 * 2
12= 2^2 * 3
36= 3^3 * 4
80= 4^4 * 5
so, next term = 5^5 *6 = 150

2 12 36 80 is the series .. First check the diff bet them which is 10 24 44 ...again do the same and check the diff which is 14 20 ...now the diff in 14- 20 is 6 so next no is 26 ..now add the 26 to 44 and is 70.now add 70 to 80 and we get our final ans 150.

let us assume 2 as n thus next no. will be p= (2n+8) . next is r= (2p+12) . and next is s=(2r+8)....thus according to this sequence next no. should be (2s+12)..n dat is 172
