The day before yesterday I was 25 and the next year I will be 28. This is true only one day in a year. What day is my birthday?

today is jan 1, yesterday (dec 31) is my 26th bday, the day before yesterday (dec 30) i was 25... dec 31 of this year i will turn 27, dec 31 of the next year, i will be 28
