There are 25 stones in a heap. The heap is divided into 2 parts, then one of the parts is divided in 2 again , it goes on , until we have seperated 25 stones. After each division of one of the heaps into 2 smaller heaps we write the product of the numbers in these 2 heaps on a blackboard.
What is the sum of the numbers on the blackboard?
The answer is 300.
