What is so spacial about " NOT 2016 \color{grey}{2016} " ?


"NOT A" is an integer obtained by taking NOT of each bit of integer A.
It's a Prime number It's neither Prime nor Composite It's an Even number It's a Composite number

( 2016 ) 10 = ( 11111100000 ) 2 (2016)_{10}=(11111100000)_{2}

N O T ( 2016 ) 10 = N O T ( 11111100000 ) 2 = ( 00000011111 ) 2 = 31 \implies NOT(2016)_{10}=NOT(11111100000)_{2}=(00000011111)_{2}=31 which is a prime number :)

I think you're over-complicating the question here. I did not quite understand what you meant by "respective bits of A" in your problem statement.

Well.. right it's "each bit of A" not "respective bits of A"
