( 4 x − 1 ) 2 + 81 ( 2 x − 1 ) 2 ≤ 18 ( 8 x − 4 x − 2 x + 1 ) . (4^x -1)^2 + 81(2^x - 1)^2 \leq 18(8^x - 4^x - 2^x + 1) .


The answer is 3.
