I looked at name 2 and name 3 and noticed that they both start with a 6, therefore their real names must start with the same letter. I then checked all the options to see which 2nd and 3rd names started with the same letter, and that is how I got John, Marcus and Max

Assuming that each digit represents a letter, the 3 and 6 digit numbers both start with 6 so correspond to Marcus & Max (both start with M).

First theres John 5646 J is on 5 O is on 6 H is on 4 and N is on 6

Second theres Marcus 627287 M is 6 A is 2 R is 7 C is 2 U is 8 S is 7

Last theres Max 629 M is 6 A is 2 9 is x
