First , we must find each of the interior angles of octagon.

360 8 \frac {360}{8} = x then 180-x will result to the answer 13 5 135^\circ .

Then, there will be a linear formed in the hypotenuse of the right triangle which measures 18 0 180^\circ (reflex).

So, x x is 18 0 13 5 = 4 5 180^\circ - 135^\circ = \boxed {45^\circ} .

First , we must find each of the interior angles of octagon.

360/8= x then 180-x will result to the answer = 135 degrees.

Then, there will be a linear formed in the hypotenuse of the right triangle which measures 180 degrees (reflex).

So, 180 - 135 = 45 will be the answer 45

each angle in an octagon measures 135 degree. so subtracting from it 90 would give x=45. simple is that!

the interior angle of octagon=180 (n-2)/n=180 (8-2)/8=135 then the angle of the right triangle=135-90=45 then x=45 by symmetry
