The hint indicates the Haworth projection of carbohydrates. Among the sugars, Glucose and Galactose have a Pyran structure, but Ribose has a Furan structure. Thus, the odd one out is Ribose.

Ribose is the one who should be out because it has 5 Carbons (Molecular formula: C5H10O5) while both Glucose and Galactose are having 6 carbons with C6H12O6 as their molecular formula
