Don't be crazy! the question is HCF and not LCM....... :) all you need to do is HCF of numerators! Since the denominators are co-prime with LCM 1001! 6, 4, 8 LCM is 2!

Whos's being crazy ?

Use the formula : GCD(a/b , c/d) = GCD(a,c)/LCM(b,d)

For our case the required GCD(6/7, 4/11, /8/13) = GCD(6,4,8)/LCM(7,11,13) = 2/1001
