If you've a low pressure region then, Air flows in from the high pressure region.

But here there is a sudden fall indicating a storm!

This problem states that "pressure by arge values indicates" when it should state " pressure by large values indicates". I just wanted to provide clarity for others who may attempt this problem and hopefully it will eventually be corrected. However, yes a low pressure area is a key ingredient for arrival of a storm.
