2 solutions

F F = age of Fahim today

A A = age of Arif today

S S = Sahariar today

Five years ago

( F 5 ) + ( A 5 ) 2 = 15 \frac{(F-5) + (A-5)}{2} = 15

F 5 + A 5 = 30 F - 5 + A - 5 = 30

F + A = 40 F + A = 40 (equation 1)

Today

F + A + S 3 = 20 \frac{F + A + S}{3} = 20

F + A + S = 60 F + A + S = 60

substitute equation 1 to the above equation, we get

40 + S = 60 40 + S = 60

S = 20 S = 20

10 Years form now

S = 20 + 10 = 30 S = 20 + 10 = 30

Notice that the average age of Fahim and Arif is 15 + 5 = 20 today.

Since the average age of Fahim, Arif, and Sahariar today is also 20, Sahariar is also 20 today.

So, Sahariar will be 30 after 10 years.
