One should know more than one method.!

A rod of mass m and length l with its one end pivoted to a fixed point is released from vertical. Find the angle (in degrees) the rod makes with the vertical when the magnitude of the 2 forces ( one along the rod, one perpendicular to it ) exerted by pivot on rod becomes equal?
