The maximum is 3940 3940 and the minimum is 1304 1304 thus the answer is 3940 + 1304 = 5244 3940+1304=\boxed{5244}

How did you come up with these two numbers?

  • for biggest one, O=9 and N=8, then FOUR can be 39xx.
  • for smallest one, O=3 and ONE > 325, then can easy to get ONE = 326 for few trying.
