As on the second row inside the division symbol, the only possible way to get the two as the tens digit has to be twelve for what you are dividing the main number by (outside the division symbol).
So, 12 x 2 = 24, which fills the second row's missing number.
As there is only one digit as the remainder, what the number to be divided must not be too high, otherwise it will make the remainder invalid, being two digits.
So, the only possible answer is 32, which gives the remainder of 8 (a single digit as discussed). In the first box (left to right then bottom) 1, 3, 4, 8
1+3+4+8=16
