Mid point of these two points ((3+2)/2,(8-5)/2) i.e (2.5,1.5)...only 4th option passes through this point.. Hence its the ans..

How can you find the bisector of a line? Doesn't a line extend forever?

i think this is an incorrect solution because slope of perpendicular bisector is -1/13 and it passes through (5/2,3/2) its equation will be x+13y=22
