Oscillations of molecules!!

Carbon dioxide is a linear molecule. The carbon-oxygen bonds in this molecule are very much like springs. The figure above shows two two possible ways of oscillations. In case(i) carbon atom is at rest. If mass of carbon is m=12u and that of oxygen is M=16u,find the ratio of frequencies of oscillations in case(i) to case(ii).Give your upto 4 decimal places.

The answer is 0.52223.
