F is the highest electronegative element in nature. it have oxidation no. -1 ,but as exception in HOF OH^-1 so we can find F^+1.

H: -1 or +1;

O: -2 or -1 or 0 or +1 or +2;

F: -1

According to specialist, F is of oxidation state of -1 in HOF as -1 is its only oxidation state.
