Passcode Problem

Logic Level 2

You're locked in a dark room and the only way to get out is to enter a 3-digit passcode (with the digits in ascending order ) to unlock one of the 40 doors , which has labels corresponding to the order of the doors. You see a board with three clues written on it. Here's what it says: - The factor of the digits of the passcode is equal to 36. - The sum of the digits of the passcode is equal to the number of the door which leads you to the exit. - The final digit must be unique. * The second digit may be greater or equal to the first digit. However, this doesn't apply to the final digit as the third clue said it has to be unique. * There's only one door that lead you to the exit. Note: Answer like this: "1236"(123 is the passcode and 6 is the door number).

The answer is 22913.
