Say you are sending a letter that uses the Cesar cipher method, in which the cipher number is 5. Then put yourself in the shoes of someone who intercepted the cipher and you were trying trying to crack it how would you find what letter is E.

Try every single cipher from 1-26 Look for the most common letter in the code. Try to crack the code without any logic

E is the most common letter used in the English language. For example, there is sixteen 'e's in this answer, the most common.

Of course trying to find a letter pattern in the code is a great method, and works for a lot of encryptions. Looking for a pattern is the first step (test step) of any cipher. But to this question, i suggest you change the answer options (dummy options) as the answer can be deduced by simple logic with not even thinking about the problem. :-)
