The numbers are the first few decimal digits of pi! π 3.1415926 \pi \approx 3.1415926

Thus, the sequence should be 3, 1, 4, 1, 5, 9, 2 , 6, ... and thus, the answer is 2.

No problem. I kinda had my doubts answering it since it was categorized as an Algebra problem. But oh well :)
