Presedence of operators demands that multiplication is done before addition and subtraction.

1+2+3-2-1-3x0+1 =1+2+3-2-1+1 =6-3+1 =4

Here, BODMAS rule has to be used

1+2+3-2-1-3*0+1

=(1+2+3)-2-1-(3*0)+1

=6-3-0+1

=4

(1 + 2 + 3 ) - 2 - 1 - (3 * 0 ) + 1

= 6 - 3 + 1

=4
