PEMDAS or BODMAS
Try this math equation with both the Order Of Operations PEMDAS and BODMAS :
8 ÷ 2 ( 2 + 2 )
(Btw, both 1 and 16 are correct answers)

PEMDAS:
8 ÷ 2 ( 2 + 2 )
= 8 ÷ 2 ( 4 ) <----- Multiplication First
= 8 ÷ 8
= 1
BODMAS:
8 ÷ 2 ( 2 + 2 )
= 8 ÷ 2 ( 4 ) <----- Division First
= 4 ( 4 )
= 16
