1/2(mv^2)+mgh cos60*=1/2m(3)^2 v=2

using conservation of energy.....mgl(1-cos(60))=m(9-u^2)/2 solving we get v=2

Simply apply law of conservation of energy. 9m/2=m/2(5+V^2)
