3a + 8b = 7 3 \frac{7}{3}

so,

=(9a+24b)b

=3(3a+8b)b

=3 × \times 7 3 \frac{7}{3} b

=7b

The percentage:

7 16 \frac{7}{16} × \times 100 = 43.75%

7/10*100=43.75
