Score of $B$ is $\dfrac{72}{1-\frac{10}{100}}=80$ ,

score of $C$ is $\dfrac{80}{1+\frac{25}{100}}=64$ ,

and the score of $D$ is $\dfrac{64}{1-\frac{20}{100}}=\boxed {80}$ .
