Let $W$ be the width, then the length is $5W$ . The area of a rectangle is $L\times W$ . From the given data, we have

$125=W(5W)$

$125=5W^2$

$25=W^2$

$5=W$

It follows that $5W=5(5)=25$ .

Finally the perimeter is $2(25)+2(5)=\color{#69047E}\boxed{60~m}$
