Relevant wiki: Area of a Rectangle

Let W W be the width, then the length is 5 W 5W . The area of a rectangle is L × W L\times W . From the given data, we have

125 = W ( 5 W ) 125=W(5W)

125 = 5 W 2 125=5W^2

25 = W 2 25=W^2

5 = W 5=W

It follows that 5 W = 5 ( 5 ) = 25 5W=5(5)=25 .

Finally the perimeter is 2 ( 25 ) + 2 ( 5 ) = 60 m 2(25)+2(5)=\color{#69047E}\boxed{60~m}
