No . of diagonals = 5C2 - 5 = 5...Thus, n=5, so 5n=25

let n be the number of sides

let d be the number of diagonals

d = (n(n-3))/3

d=(5(5-3))/3

d=5

Perimeter = 5(5) = 25

you made a mistake while presenting the question ...in the question there is nothing that describes that it's a pentagon(to solve the question you need to put the mind)but the headline described the question...making it a cake walk...
