The number of ways to arrange n n things is n ! n! . Similarly, the number of ways to arrange 0 0 things os 0 ! = 1 0! = \color{#3D99F6}{\boxed{1}} . Philosophically, the number of ways to arrange nothing is only by keeping nothing thus 1 way.

it seemed more like a troll question :P
