Of the first 5 smallest positive integers, I multiplied 4 of these numbers to produce a number with a value of 30. What number did I exclude from my calculation?

The five smallest positive integers are 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5
3 0 = 1 × 2 × 3 × 5
Now, 4 is the only integer belonging to this set which does not divide 30. Therefore, 4 was excluded.
