The points E E and F F are on the sides A D AD and B C BC , respectively, of the square A B C D ABCD . Knowing that B E = E F = F D = 30 BE = EF = F D = 30 , find the area of the square.

Let the side of square be 'x'. Then 3(√(30² - x²)) = x which yields, x² = 810. How is this is a level 4 problem?
