Potentiometer problem

In the circuit of potentiometer, The length of the potentiometer wire A B AB is 50 c m 50cm .The emf of the battery E 1 E_{1} is 4 V 4V , having negligible internal resistances.The values of resistances are R 1 R_{1} and R 2 R_{2} are 15 Ω 15\Omega and 5 Ω 5\Omega resp. When both the keys are open , the null point is obtained at a distance of 31.25 c m 31.25cm from end A but when both the keys are c l o s e d closed , the balance length reduces to 5 c m 5cm only.Given R A B = 10 Ω R_{AB}=10\Omega .The battery in secondary circuit has emf of E 2 V E_{2}V and internal resistance r Ω r\Omega .

Find the balance length (in cm ) when key K 2 K_{2} is open , and K 1 K_{1} is closed .
