The lasts 2 digits of any power of 25 is 25, and using the Chinese remainder theorem we can find the last 2 digits of 76^2021 ( consider this number mod 4 and mod 25)= 76. Adding both of them we get 76+25=101

The numbers 25 25 and 75 75 are automorphic , therefore their last two digits are 25 25 and 76 76 . 25 {\color{#D61F06} 25} + + 76 {\color{#D61F06} 76} = = 101 101 , hence the answer is 101 \boxed{{\color{#20A900}101}} .
