Explanation of question

The problem is like -
( x + 2 ) 2 = x 2 + 4 x + 4 (x+2)^{2} = x^2 + 4x + 4
Here, term 1 is x 2 } x^2\} and so on.
So when we put x = 3 x=-3 , the algebraically least term would be Term 2.
