Find the expression of $y^{3/2}$ in scientific notation.

y^ $\frac{3}{2}$ = y x y^ $\frac{1}{2}$

= (9 x 10^2n)(3 x 10^n)

= 27 x 10^3n

= 2.7 x 10^3n+1
