Its (n-1)th term will be (n^3-n)^2.......so here 5th term =??.......n=6....that term will be 210^2=44100

You figured it out in once shot? Cool.. While I take a long weird way but give the same answer

  • I understood all are square numbers.
  • Next, I had a close look at the actual numbers(6,24,60,120).
  • I found that the differences between them as (18,36,60).
  • Once again found the next level difference which is 18,24.

    The series continues as 18,24,30 which means that the first level difference is 90 and theactual number is 120+90=210. Hence,the required answer is 210^2=44100.
