We can list out the primes as

2 , 3 , 5 , 7 , 11 , 13 , 17 , 19 , 23 , 29 , 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29 , \ldots

Hence, the 10th smallest prime is 29.

But why have you mentioned the word positive?
