( 2 2 ) + \text({2}^{2})+ ( 5 2 ) + \text({5}^{2}) + 2 \text{2} = 31 \text{= 31} .

31 \text{31} is a prime number .

Hence the answer is y e s \boxed{\mathscr{yes}}

You should state that a and b are integers...
