A minimum of 366 days in a year occurs in every 4 years. Thus the probability comming out to be 1/4.

Not true.

Every 4 years is a leap year, but every 100 years is not a leap year, but every 400 years is.

actually, it should be 1/2 as there are only two events, E1= leap year and E2=not a leap year. So, probability of getting a leap year is 1/2
