( 1 6 ) 2 = 1 36 (\frac{1}{6})^2 = \frac{1}{36}

And Just a side note, this problem belongs in Discrete Mathematics, not Number Theory.

The desired probability is 1 6 × 1 6 = 1 36 \dfrac{1}{6} \times \dfrac{1}{6} = \boxed{\dfrac{1}{36}}

Since the probability of rain on any day is independent , we can use the AND rule to multiply the individual probabilities:

1 6 \frac{1}{6} * 1 6 \frac{1}{6} = 1 36 \frac{1}{36}
