Probability of simultaneous flooding

The likelihood of flooding by overflow of two determined rivers, A and B, simultaneously, is very small (about 5%). In a sample of 10 years , there were 4 flooding caused by river A and 3 floods caused by river B. Which is the probability of occurring floods in a region bathed only by these two rivers (in %)?

12% 70% 1,2% 5% 7%
