what is the probability that a quadratic equation

a x 2 + b x + c = 0 ax^{ 2 }+bx+c=0

with randomly chosen coefficients a, b, c each of which will be less than or equal to 10, but greater than or equal to -10 has at least one real root ?

I didn't know how to attach pictures in Latex on this website, so I just created a separate pdf solution file and made it available to anyone.
