here the probabbility is between 3 to 18 and interesting is that 3 and 18 appears same number of times similarly 4and17,5and 16,......9and12 appears same number of times as 3 and 18 comes minimum times i.e. 1 so 10 and 11 comes most numbers of time i.e. 27 so the correct answer is 10 and 11

For each dice, the expected value, or mean value, is 3.5. The sum of the expected values of the three dice is therefore 3 * 3.5 = 10.5 (or 11, if rounding to closest integer).
